Facade cleaning

The KTV Group has washed more than 4million m2 of facades since 1992. We have extensive experience with almost any kind of surface, and we can guarantee your facades will be cleaned without any damage. We work actively to introduce ecological washing techniques, with a focus on the environment. Our unique maintenance agreements include annual cleaning of buildings; your buildings will always look clean and neat.

We currently have responsibility for cleaning more than 450 000 m2 of building facades a year.

Our founder and general manager Kennet Nilsen is the protagonist behind our maintenance agreements, recognized around the world as something quite unique. Our quality assurance system allows customers to monitor activities online, where they can read the details from any job/agreement at any time. Our workers submit job reports and images every single day.

We are the only operator in our industry with a system based on these standards: ISO 9001, ISO 4001 and OHSAS 18001. Our certifications provide our customers with an extra guarantee of quality.

 

 

Introducing KTV Group Self Cleaner

Introducing KTV Group Self Cleaner – cleaning surfaces without the use of high pressure. KTV Group Self Cleaner is a fungal and algae remover, which can also be used to prevent moisture and rot. It removes algae, moss, odors, fungi and the like.

Self Cleaner can be used on all washable surfaces such as concrete, wood, painted surfaces, natural stone, cardboard, tile, plastic, maintenance-free plates. It can also be used in food industry

The KTV Group has developed a maintenance programme that takes excellent care of your buildings.

Our maintenance programme is long-term; it gives our clients the predictability they demand. When a building changes owners, it is always beneficial to be able to deliver a service record book that documents maintenance done on the building’s exterior. The KTV Group provides its customers with a completely new experience where exterior maintenance is concerned, which also entails significant savings.

NS-INSTA 800 standard

We perform cleaning according to the NS-INSTA 800 during construction of new buildings and/or during renovation or maintenance projects.

The NS-INSTA 800 standard ensures quality during construction, and provides a safe working environment. Under embodiment different cleaning techniques is used in relation to the customers activities and purity requirements of the customer.

The KTV Group puts a lot of time and energy into providing quality assurance services based on unique and adequate documentation.

The customer is automatically sent his own weblink on our website as soon as an order enters our system. This is where the customer can find documentation from our work and services, 24-7. Documentation includes reports, images and videos, checklists, forms and other essential documentation.
