The agreement includes annual inspection, facade cleaning and window cleaning, and forms part of the condominium\u2019s long-term plan for the operation and maintenance of the building mass.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The condominium consists of residential, commercial and parking sections across four buildings, with a total of 109 residential units. With a fixed maintenance agreement, the condominium receives a predictable solution for regular exterior cleaning, inspection and follow-up of the building mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the agreement, KTV Group is responsible for the annual maintenance of exterior surfaces. Dirty facade surfaces are treated with KTV SelfCleaner every year, while windows are cleaned with a pure water system once a year. This helps keep the buildings clean, reduce organic growth and maintain a good visual appearance over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work was mainly carried out using KTV Working Drone, and KTV SelfCleaner was applied to all facades before all windows were cleaned using the pure water method. This provides a gentle and effective treatment of exterior surfaces, helping to keep the buildings clean, reduce organic growth and maintain a good visual appearance over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long-term maintenance agreements give condominiums and property managers better control over costs, quality and documentation.
