KTV Group was founded by Kennet Nilsen in 1992. He started alone with a high-pressure washer and quickly built up the company as a service provider to the offshore and industrial property sectors. The focus of the services was on cleaning and surface treatment.

KTV Group stands out from others similar companies with it’s innovations and results far surpassing other companies in the same industry. The growth model is a franchise where the aim is to connect with local businesses working together under the KTV Group brand.

Contract agreements are to be signed at the national level and executed by a local agreement partner. We emphasize a partner model where everyone collaborates to assist and develop each other.

Bluetag screen

Bluetag

KTV Group is the developer of the Bluetag ERP system. Bluetag complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and in short Bluetag manages all functions within a company.

80 million NOK has been invested in development so far, and several administrative positions are programmed into the system, providing the owner with much better control over operations.

Everything is handled inside the system, from quotes to documentation and accounting, and e-mails are also handled within the same system. Bluetag is one of few systems on the market that has all functions build into one system.

Long term maintenance agreements

Entrepreneur Kennet Nilsen has developed a range of products and services in KTV Group. One of these is long-term maintenance agreements that extend over 20 years.

Typical customers include housing cooperatives and joint ownerships. The reason we are able to secure long-term agreements is our references, a long history, and the Bluetag system. The agreements provide high profitability and security for work over time.

Area ownership

Exclusive operations rights in the chosen franchise area. No KTV Group competitors will be allowed to do business in your chosen area.

You will get training in all relevant services provided and conducted by KTV Group

Bluetag business system

All franchisees will use the Bluetag business system. KTV Group is also behind the development of Bluetag, and the program is tailored for this kind of operations. It provides major savings in company administration. The development cost of Bluetag is 750 000 EUR, and we have our own developers and programming team, accountants, salesmen and project managers, to ensure that the system is as good as possible

Bluetag is an unique system that is easy to use and maintain. It’s also certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

We guarantee that using Bluetag will raise your profit, and no other business system in the world is close to giving such administrative control and reduction in cost that Bluetag provides. Bluetag is also the company's accounting program, and can (almost) be called an accountant.

Administration, sales, accountant, project management is automated in the system. This means that expenses are cut, and there is more time for operations and contact with the customer.

We will provide your own professional web pages, set up your social media channels. Franchisees will receive marketing training and access to a profile manual.

Equipment and KTV Working Drone

In addition to access to KTV Working Drone, franchisees will have access to all the necessary equipment and accessories, as well as materials and work clothes that are needed for operations. Our goal is to reduce costs, as well as increase quality and our own equipment design.

Franchise cost

What does it cost to become a franchisee?

The price for the franchise rights for a specific area is depending on the position and size of the area. The price for areas varies from NOK 500 000 to 1 million.

In addition to the price the franchisee also pay 7% of the turnover.

Payment of the turnover fee is programmed into the Bluetag system, and the fee is paid automatically when generating an invoice. 

For companies that want to become a franchisee with existing business operations, this will be included in the model.

We are committed to finding partners with business understanding and good financial standing, to possibly gain control of their market as quickly as possible.

We are positive to additional services such as other cleaning services, surface treatment, inspection and/or other drone-related services. The companys main operation must be focused on cleaning operations and maintenance / inspection services.
