(English text below) Det har allerede gått 3 år siden KTV Group startet utviklingsprosjektet KTV Styrobuild. Med KTV Styrobuild har vi utviklet en ny byggeteknologi og metode med bruk av EPS som bærende konstruksjon. Innen mai 2023 blir KTV Styrobuild et eget selskap.
Det er lagt ned mye ressurser og store investeringer i utviklingen av KTV Styrobuild, og vi har kommet langt. For videre tester, utvikling og prøving vil det i 2023/2024 oppføres 2 nye og større testbygg, før vi forventer å være klar med endelig metode.
KTV Styrobuild skal tas ut i Norge og resten av verden gjennom et franchisekonsept. Vi vil selv stå for opplæring og kvalitetsikring i alle deler av prosessen. Det er stor interesse for KTV Styrobuild og allerede har 20 land rundt om i verden meldt interesse for konseptet, og vi håper å være klar og i gang i 2025.
De fleste tenker ikke over at vedlikeholdskostnadene på et bygg, i en periode på 100 år, som regel vil være høyere en selve byggekostnaden. Målet vårt med KTV Styrobuild er å få til en rimeligere metode for bygging, og som samtidig kutter vedlikeholdskostnadene i byggets levetid med hele 80%.
Styrobuildprosjektet gir alle mulighet til å tenke miljø og bærekraft, samtidig som det gir store økonomiske besparelser.

It has already been 3 years since KTV Group started the development project KTV Styrobuild. With KTV Styrobuild, we have developed a new building technology and method using EPS as the supporting structure. By May 2023, KTV Styrobuild will become a separate company.
A lot of resources and significant investments have been made in the development of KTV Styrobuild, and we have come a long way. For further testing, development, and experimentation, 2 new and larger test buildings will be constructed in 2023/2024, before we expect to have the final method ready.
KTV Styrobuild will be introduced in Norway and the rest of the world through a franchise concept. We will be responsible for training and quality assurance in all parts of the process. There is a lot of interest for KTV Styrobuild, and 20 countries around the world have already expressed interest in the concept. We hope to be ready and operational in 2025.
Most people do not realize that the maintenance costs of a building, over a period of 100 years, usually exceed the actual construction cost. Our goal with KTV Styrobuild is to create a more affordable method of construction that also reduces the maintenance costs of the building’s lifespan by up to 80%.
The Styrobuild project provides everyone with the opportunity to care about the environment and sustainability while also offering significant economic savings when building.
