About KTV Group
KTV Group, history and development
KTV Group was established in Norway in 1992 by founder Kennet Nilsen. The company has built strong expertise in maintenance services for the oil, gas and property sectors. KTV Group is also the developer behind KTV Working Drone and is today present in 68 countries.
KTV Group offers maintenance contracts with durations of up to twenty years. The key to enabling such long-term agreements is the BlueTag quality system. The system has been developed in cooperation with KTV Group since 2009 and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
The documentation generated in real time through these agreements represents added value for customers at no additional cost. All documentation is available online, resulting in significant time savings and reduced administrative workload for customers.
Our R&D department has developed several technologies, including robotic solutions, drones, the SelfCleaner method and a range of products tailored to market needs. Innovation is a continuous process within KTV Group, and the company has the ability to think differently where others stop.
Core values and slogan.
KTV Group’s slogan is Quality on time. This reflects the company’s core value and the foundation of its operations. We always deliver quality, and we always deliver within the agreed timeframe.
Environmental policy and responsibility.
KTV Group has a clear environmental focus and actively works to develop services with minimal impact on the external environment. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The company prioritises high-quality equipment and tools and emphasises reuse to reduce waste.
Through innovation, we have developed solutions such as long-term maintenance agreements, KTV Working Drone and the SelfCleaner method, all of which contribute to reduced environmental impact. Today, more than sixty percent of our vehicle fleet consists of electric vehicles.
Honesty and transparency.
KTV Group places strong emphasis on openness and clarity in everything we do. Our goal is to build long-term relationships that last for decades. Our maintenance agreements, combined with the BlueTag documentation system, support this ambition.
Customers are given full insight into all work performed, with documentation available in real time. The objective is to create earned trust and security for customers, suppliers and employees.
We also work systematically with continuing education and skills development for our employees and maintain a strong focus on positive attitude and problem-solving.

Collaboration.
KTV Group works actively with its employees through regular training and a strong focus on goals related to environment, quality and HSE. We involve customers at an early stage by communicating methods that improve environmental performance, HSE and quality through our website. This is followed up through tender processes and project execution.
We also set clear requirements for our suppliers regarding environment, quality and HSE, and work closely with them to further develop products and services that deliver better results for both the external environment and the working environment.

KTV Group, a sustainable partner
Sustainability
Our technology and methods are developed to optimise and secure the areas we work in and, not least, to create a safer working environment for our employees. In most cases, this also reduces the total time required to complete assignments.
We have developed the KTV PowerCleaner, a fully electric, battery-powered high-pressure washer. The system is unique in its class and features a pure water solution that reduces the need for chemicals and lowers environmental impact.
Sustainable cleaning methods.
Our cleaning methods are developed with a clear focus on sustainability and surface protection.
The products we use are designed to preserve surfaces over time and prevent damage, while keeping them clean throughout the maintenance period. Buildings and public infrastructure typically have long service lives, making the choice of maintenance method a critical factor for sustainability.
Digital compliance and documentation.
The Bluetag CRM system is fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
All assignments and projects are documented using checklists, risk assessments, reports and photos. This documentation is available to customers online from day one, ensuring full transparency, traceability and quality control throughout the entire project.
We have available positions and are always looking for motivated and skilled people with a wide range of experience and expertise.
