Surface treatment
KTV Group has extensive experience in surface treatment and possesses expertise across plaster, wood and steel. Proper preparation is the most critical part of surface treatment. The removal of salts, grease, corrosion and contaminants is essential to achieve a high-quality result.
KTV Group masters all relevant techniques, including high-pressure washing, sand washing, sandblasting, wet blasting, grinding and blister removal, chemical stripping, dry ice blasting and more.
We use ATEX-approved EcoQuip 2 blasting technology with moistened abrasive media, reducing dust by approximately 92 percent and abrasive consumption by up to 75 percent, while maintaining the same effectiveness as traditional dry blasting.
Documentation
All assignments are documented with real-time measurements of surface temperature and air humidity, as well as reports, coating thickness measurements, video and photos. Customers can follow projects in real time via a dedicated project link.
We use the BlueTag system, one of the most advanced and innovative documentation platforms on the market today, designed to support tomorrow’s technology.

Environmental responsibility means choosing the correct preparation method, the right protective products and the appropriate access method to perform the work safely and efficiently. KTV Group has extensive experience and collaborates closely with a range of coating and paint suppliers.
We are often involved at the project planning stage to help identify optimal solutions that meet customer requirements for performance, durability and environmental impact.
Maintenance
KTV Group is the only provider in the Nordic market offering long-term maintenance agreements with durations of up to 20 years. These agreements are structured to provide customers with a fixed annual cost, while KTV Group assumes full responsibility and risk for all required maintenance.
KTV Group currently holds maintenance agreements covering more than 500,000 square metres of surfaces across Norway.

We have developed the KTV PowerCleaner, a fully electric, battery-powered high-pressure washer. The system is unique in its class and features a pure water solution that reduces the need for chemicals and lowers environmental impact.

The Bluetag CRM system is fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
All assignments and projects are documented using checklists, risk assessments, reports and photos. This documentation is available to customers online from day one, ensuring full transparency, traceability and quality control throughout the entire project.
