We are delighted that the beautiful housing cooperative, Lonaparken 1, chose KTV Group for its facade cleaning needs. This cooperative is Norway’s first Swan-labeled residential project and is centrally located in Åsane, near Bergen. The assignment will be carried out with the KTV Working Drone.
We use gentle methods to clean surfaces, minimizing the risk of damage that can occur with traditional high-pressure washing. For facade cleaning, we use the SelfCleaner method, and for window cleaning, we use the pure water method. Both methods were developed by KTV Group and eliminate traditional health and safety challenges in high-altitude work by removing the need for lifts and climbers. At the same time, these methods are more environmentally friendly for the surroundings around the work areas.
