Facade treatment
Since 1992, KTV Group has cleaned more than ten million square metres of facades. We have extensive experience with most surface types and ensure that facades are cleaned thoroughly without causing damage.
Facade treatment.
Through the development of the KTV SelfCleaner method, we have established techniques that keep facades clean without the use of high-pressure washing. Our long-term maintenance agreements ensure annual cleaning and help buildings consistently appear well maintained.
Today, we are responsible for more than five hundred thousand square metres of facades annually. Founder and CEO Kennet Nilsen is behind the development of these unique maintenance agreements, which have received international recognition. Through our quality system, each customer is given access to a dedicated web page where work can be followed over time. All assignments are documented with reports and images.
As the only provider in the industry, our system is built on the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. This provides an additional level of security and traceability for our customers.
Window cleaning.
KTV Group offers agreements for periodic window cleaning, both exterior and interior. The choice of method depends on the building’s location and surrounding environment. In urban areas, dust is a common challenge, requiring the use of detergent and thorough rinsing with water. In other environments, algae and organic growth may be the primary issue, necessitating more comprehensive cleaning of window frames.
We have extensive experience and always select the appropriate method for each building. Many modern buildings feature self-cleaning glass that requires specific cleaning routines. Proper maintenance is essential to ensure a long service life for glass surfaces. Dirt left on glass over time and exposed to temperature fluctuations can bond strongly, requiring harsher chemicals and mechanical treatment.
Accessibility is normally not a challenge. We use our own lifts and telescopic poles for work at height and can also perform cleaning using osmosis and ionised water without the use of chemicals.
Documentation.
KTV Group places strong emphasis on quality and documentation. When an order is created, the customer automatically receives access to a dedicated customer portal containing all documentation related to the work. Reports, photos, videos, checklists, forms and other relevant information are stored here.

Safe, smart and documented services and technology
Facade treatment
At KTV Group, our drone technology delivers high-performance facade and window cleaning with no risk to personnel. Our patented safety system ensures that the drone is always securely attached to the building, preventing it from falling or drifting away.
Unlike traditional methods, our cleaning solutions are gentle and non-invasive, so the building is not exposed to long-term damage that can occur with high-pressure washing.
We have developed KTV SelfCleaner, which is ideal for facades affected by algae and mold. We also offer KTV Window/Metal Cleaner for buildings exposed to dust and pollution, ensuring a spotless result every time.
With the KTV Care agreement, you get more than just cleaning. You gain full control of your building’s condition. This long-term solution combines scheduled cleaning with professional inspections and delivers detailed reports on surface damage, heat loss and maintenance needs.
Window cleaning
KTV Window/Metal Cleaner is specifically developed to clean windows without mechanical stress. This eliminates the risk of damage to glass, frames and facade surfaces.
Our technology eliminates the need for unsafe work at height and ensures both people and buildings are well protected. In contrast to traditional methods, we don’t just clean the glass but the entire window, including frames, resulting in a flawless finish.
Most buildings around the world need window washing between two and four times a year. Traditional methods using climbers, BMU systems and lifts often lead to surface wear and, far too often, serious accidents. Every year, thousands of workers lose their lives during facade and window cleaning.
At KTV Group, we prioritise safety and sustainability in everything we do. Our goal is to protect buildings and reduce maintenance costs.
Inspection
We carry out advanced inspections based on high-resolution photography, thermal imaging and 3D modelling.
This technology makes it possible to identify heat loss, moisture ingress, structural damage and other critical conditions with high precision. Based on the collected data, we deliver detailed and customised reports tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
The inspection service can also be integrated with our cleaning and surface treatment solutions. This provides a complete and efficient approach to the maintenance and management of buildings and assets.

KTV Working Drone is a pioneer in contact-free cleaning of windows and facades. Our unique method eliminates the need for mechanical scrubbing, significantly reducing the risk of surface damage.
Traditional methods using climbers, lifts and mechanical cleaning often result in wear and damage to facades and windows. By combining purified water with only one percent of our specially developed KTV Window and Metal Cleaner, our drone system delivers the most sustainable and surface-friendly cleaning method on the market.
Between 2010 and 2015, KTV developed the KTV SelfCleaner solution in response to the damage caused by high-pressure washing and the use of aggressive chemicals. The solution was launched in 2015 and is now used on more than twenty million square metres of building surfaces worldwide.
KTV SelfCleaner is specifically developed to treat facades affected by fungi, algae and bacteria without damaging the material. The method extends the service life of building surfaces and significantly reduces long-term maintenance costs.
When combined with drone-based cleaning that removes personnel from high-risk work areas, this creates an ideal solution for sustainable and efficient building maintenance.
