KTV Care

Unique long-term maintenance agreement
With the KTV Care agreement, we take full responsibility for keeping facades and windows clean through a long-term maintenance plan. In addition, inspections are carried out every three years, including a condition report.
Customers are given access to the BlueTag quality system, where they can easily view the complete history of completed work and inspection reports. The agreement provides full visibility of building condition and future maintenance needs.
All reports are prepared by building engineers and focus on damage, heat loss, cracks, water ingress and general requirements for cleaning or surface treatment.
By combining cleaning and inspection, overall costs are significantly reduced while ensuring full control over building maintenance.

There are no buildings that do not require cleaning or ongoing maintenance. The question is how this maintenance is managed. Lack of regular cleaning and inspection will inevitably lead to higher costs over time.
Over a building’s lifetime of one hundred years, maintenance costs are often significantly higher than the original construction cost.
You get access to the unique KTV Power Cleaner
100% electric high performance high pressure machine.
This high performance machine can be used for high pressure washing or pure water cleaning. What makes it unique is that it can also be used for applying nanocoating.
KTV has developed a sustainable solution with a strong environmental focus. The machine is powered by a 35 kW battery bank. The high pressure unit can be delivered with 170 bar / 21 or 42 liters water capacity. It is designed to deliver pressure at heights of up to 300 meters.
The pure water system features a high performance RO filter for professional use, double membrane for extended output (approx. 700 l/h), and a resin filter for polishing, producing 100% pure water. It includes an 800 liter water tank with pump. There is also an option to heat the water up to 90°C (note: this function uses diesel). Hose length is 90 meters for high pressure and 40 meters for water.
In addition to high pressure and pure water, a chemical injector is installed that can handle cleaning agents as well as nanocoating products such as KTV Nano and KTV Eco. There is also ample space for all drone equipment designed for one team, including all necessary safety equipment and two drones. The high pressure hoses are specially designed to be lightweight and easy to work with.
The KTV Power Cleaner system can be mounted in a vehicle or trailer. We have placed great emphasis on components in terms of: Maintenance, downtime, sustainability and cost over time.
Maintenance
The high pressure unit is one of the most stable on the market and designed for continuous long term operation. It has long service intervals and is easy for any workshop to troubleshoot. The pure water system is also in the same class, one of the most reliable on the market with very long lifetime. The chemical injector operates mechanically without electronics, making it extremely accurate and reliable.

For cleaning
KTV SelfCleaner, an effective way to clean facades of algae and growth. You will be able to wash 1–2000 m² per hour. The SelfCleaner method does not damage surfaces during washing, unlike traditional high pressure washing.
KTV Window/Metal Cleaner, uses the pure water system combined with 1% specially developed chemistry for windows and facades where dust is a challenge.
Dedicated drone nozzles have been developed for these methods, including a new turbo nozzle for high pressure, enabling deep cleaning by drone.
For surface treatment
KTV Nano, protects against water intrusion on mineral surfaces such as concrete, brick, and plaster. Applied via the KTV Power Machine with the chemical injector. Extremely efficient, treating up to 2000 m² per hour. Lifetime: 10 years.
KTV Eco, a nano coating that makes surfaces self cleaning, while breaking down pollution, NOx, bacteria, and viruses. Improves air quality and provides documented emission reduction for environmental reporting. Easily applied with the KTV Power Cleaner.
Drone equipment
From the first generation drones in 2020 to the third generation in 2025 with the Matrice 400.
In 2024, KTV Working Drone launched new software and hardware enabling autonomous flight. The latest model goes further, enabling new autonomous programs and deep cleaning not possible before. As a partner you receive a complete package including drones, safety systems, hoses, accessories and the KTV Working Drone app. You always gain access to new technology and software updates.
Inspection services
Partners gain access to drones and specialized KTV Working Drone app software that simplify inspections, which can be offered to customers after cleaning or surface treatment. Through our portal you upload images, and receive a full engineer reviewed report that can be shared with the customer. Damage, leaks, or thermal leaks are identified. The quality is very high, and the report service is very cost effective.
We perform advanced drone-based inspections using high-resolution photography, thermal imaging, and 3D modeling.
This enables the early detection of heat loss, moisture intrusion, corrosion, structural changes, and loose facade elements with fall risk, long before damage becomes visible or costly.
Unlike traditional methods, we combine thermal and visual data with engineering expertise. Each inspection is reviewed and verified by certified engineers who interpret the findings, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

BlueTag quality and documentation system
Business operations, quality and documentation management through BlueTag
Through our long-term agreements, customers receive free access to the BlueTag documentation system.
KTV Group manages all administration, including the upload of job reports, photos, videos, documents and O&M documentation. A complete history of all completed work is built up, giving boards full oversight while significantly reducing administrative workload.
Customers are given access to a dedicated website that is always available, where all documentation is gathered in one place. A key element of the system is that all work is always documented with reports and photos. This is particularly valuable when board members change or when questions arise from residents.
In our customer surveys, all customers give top ratings to the system and the value of the time saved. BlueTag is internationally recognised, developed in collaboration with KTV Group since 2009, and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Operations license
We have a dedicated team that handles aviation operation permits for all partners. This process involves extensive paperwork but is critical to ensure compliance with strict regulations.
Training
Certified instructors provide training. Local regulations must be followed, and training is mandatory for operating KTV Working Drone. Training includes a five day program for up to four people. Instructional videos are also included in the BlueTag portal.
Support
As a partner you get technical support for equipment, software support for BlueTag, and project support for complex or special jobs. Our experience in cleaning and surface treatment over 34 years in property, offshore, and industry is available to support you. With operations in 66 countries, you also gain access to our international network.
KTV Working Drone patent
KTV Working Drone developed the roof safety anchoring method and was granted a patent in Norway in 2024. The patent is pending in 70 countries. Any drone anchored from the roof without license will infringe on the patent. Aviation authorities have updated regulations based on our solution. As a partner you are guaranteed the right to work with roof safety anchoring.

The before image shows the building prior to treatment with KTV SelfCleaner, applied using KTV Working Drone. The after image was taken approximately one month after treatment.
From application, it takes one to two weeks before clear visible results appear. KTV SelfCleaner continues to work for up to three months. With this method, no high-pressure washing is used, ensuring that the facades are not damaged.

KTV Working Drone is a strong brand. Our drones are branded, and branding cannot be removed or covered. Partners may promote their status as official KTV Working Drone partners on their websites, following brand guidelines. This creates a strong market effect.
