Gården Senter, with a roof area of nearly 2,000 m², chose a complete roof treatment solution with KTV Nano and KTV Eco. The method offers significant environmental benefits and is especially well suited for customers with a strong focus on sustainability and environmentally responsible solutions.
The treatment consists of four steps. First, the roof is thoroughly cleaned. The surface is then treated with one coat of KTV SelfCleaner and one coat of KTV Nano, which reduce moisture absorption in the tiles and protect the surface. Finally, KTV Eco is applied, giving the roof a self-cleaning effect.
KTV Eco also provides a unique environmental benefit. The self-cleaning surface helps break down bacteria, viruses, and NOx emissions. A treated surface of 30 m² can reduce pollution equivalent to the emissions from one petrol car over the course of one year under normal driving conditions. The roof on this property will therefore be able to break down pollution equivalent to the emissions from around 66 cars.
With this roof treatment, the result is a roof that stays cleaner over time while also making a positive contribution to the environment.
