Health, safety and environment (HSE) is implemented at all levels of the organisation as an integrated quality system, and new employees receive thorough training from their very first working day.
All information within the company is archived electronically. Reporting of near misses (RUH) and procedural deviations is carried out via our intranet or through mobile devices with internet access. Together, this ensures that KTV Group has an HSE system that is always up to date and accessible, regardless of where in the world operations are taking place.
Occupational health services.
KTV Group is affiliated with Salutis HSE, an approved occupational health service provider.
KTV Group uses the BlueTag quality system.
BlueTag is an internationally recognised cloud-based solution that clearly defines responsibilities across all our projects. The system provides financial oversight and measures and documents quality and HSE performance, from production through to delivery to our customers.
BlueTag reduces costs related to administration and accounting and immediately alerts users to financial and project-related deviations. The system is used throughout KTV Group, all the way up to board level. BlueTag complies with the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
All HSE data is registered directly in our quality system. This means that when a near-miss report is submitted, statistics are updated in real time.
Our quality assurance system includes a dedicated training module with access to video-based courses. Custom courses have been developed for all professional disciplines. The quality system is continuously updated in real time to reflect new laws and regulations, safety data sheets, checklists, HSE plans, organisational charts and procedures.

We have developed the KTV PowerCleaner, a fully electric, battery-powered high-pressure washer. The system is unique in its class and features a pure water solution that reduces the need for chemicals and lowers environmental impact.

Digital compliance and documentation.
The Bluetag CRM system is fully compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
All assignments and projects are documented using checklists, risk assessments, reports and photos. This documentation is available to customers online from day one, ensuring full transparency, traceability and quality control throughout the entire project.
