KTV SelfCleaner is an environmentally friendly product that we apply annually to facades and other surfaces, allowing them to clean themselves without the use of high-pressure washing. This prevents damage typically caused by high-pressure cleaning.
KTV SelfCleaner is particularly effective on surfaces with heavy algae and organic growth. Most importantly, the method eliminates damage from high pressure and unnecessary surface wear. This extends the service life of paint and facade panels and results in low-maintenance facades.

KTV SelfCleaner is an environmentally friendly “leave-on” cleaning solution developed by KTV Group in 2015. This innovative method uses low-pressure foam to effectively remove dirt and grime from even the most heavily soiled facades and windows.

The KTV SelfCleaner method provides an effective facade cleaning solution that eliminates the need for high-pressure washing.
By applying the specially developed KTV SelfCleaner to facades using low-pressure foam, natural forces such as weather and rainfall work over a period of up to three months to remove dirt and pollution from building surfaces. Visible results typically appear within one to two weeks, with full effect achieved within three months.

From application, it takes one to two weeks before clear visible results appear. KTV SelfCleaner continues to work for up to three months. With this method, no high-pressure washing is used, ensuring that the facades are not damaged.
