Employees are responsible for deleting outdated emails and reviewing mailbox contents at least annually. Upon termination of employment, email accounts are deleted, though relevant messages may be transferred to colleagues.
Sensitive personal data should not be sent via email, as standard email communication is unencrypted.
Call logs are stored on employee phones. Notes may be recorded and journaled for case-related calls. No additional systematic recording of identifiable calls is carried out.

Deletion routines for employee data follow accounting and archival legislation. Information such as name, position and work area is considered public and may be published on ktvgroup.no.
