The BlueTag documentation system provides customers with access to dedicated web pages where all documentation is always available. Reports, photos, videos and necessary project information are stored in one place, ensuring full transparency regarding all completed work. No work is carried out without thorough documentation in the form of job reports and visual verification from the field.
BlueTag is internationally recognised and ISO accredited. The system complies with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and is used as a tool for quality assurance and traceability across all projects.

Unique long-term maintenance agreement
With a KTV Care agreement, we take full responsibility for ensuring that facades and windows are kept clean through a long-term maintenance plan. In addition, an inspection with an associated condition report is carried out every third year.
Customers are given access to the BlueTag quality system, where they can easily view the complete history of completed work and inspection reports. The agreement provides full visibility of building-related damage and future maintenance requirements.
All reports are prepared by building engineers and focus on damage, heat loss, cracks, water ingress and general needs for cleaning or surface treatment.
By combining cleaning and inspection, customer costs are significantly reduced while providing full control over the building’s maintenance.

Window cleaning
KTV Window/Metal Cleaner is specifically developed to clean windows without mechanical stress. This eliminates the risk of damage to glass, frames and facade surfaces.
Our technology eliminates the need for unsafe work at height and ensures both people and buildings are well protected. In contrast to traditional methods, we don’t just clean the glass but the entire window, including frames, resulting in a flawless finish.

The before image shows the building prior to treatment with KTV SelfCleaner, applied using KTV Working Drone. The after image was taken approximately one month after treatment.
From application, it takes one to two weeks before clear visible results appear. KTV SelfCleaner continues to work for up to three months. With this method, no high-pressure washing is used, ensuring that the facades are not damaged.
