KTV Group is pleased to have been selected to clean the windows and facades of the new, modern SWECO building owned by Eiendomsspar in Oslo. The assignment was carried out by KTV Group Øst (East) using the KTV Working Drone and the pure water method.
Sweco has established its new headquarters at Urtegata 9, in the modern office building “Veksthuset,” which is part of the Urtekvartalet complex in Grønland, Oslo. The building was completed and handed over to Sweco in September 2024, and around 800 employees have since moved into the new premises.
For this project, we used the pure water method for both facade and window cleaning. This method, developed by KTV Group, allows the work to be performed without the use of lifts or rope access, thereby eliminating common HSE challenges related to working at heights.
KTV Group focuses on gentle cleaning methods that effectively remove dirt and grime without damaging surfaces, as can occur with traditional high-pressure washing. These methods are also more environmentally friendly and reduce the impact on the surroundings.
KTV Group is ISO-certified and uses the Bluetag documentation system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
