Spring has arrived, and with the fine weather, KTV Group is carrying out facade treatment at Løvåsen Borettslag in Fyllingsdalen, just outside Bergen.
KTV Group is back to perform its annual inspection and the necessary treatment of exposed areas on the high-rise buildings in the housing cooperative. The work is carried out using KTV Working Drone and KTV SelfCleaner, a gentle method developed for efficient facade cleaning and treatment without the strain and risks often associated with traditional methods.
Løvåsen Borettslag is a large housing cooperative with 262 apartments, and regular maintenance is important to preserve the appearance and condition of the buildings over time. By using gentle methods, the risk of damage that can occur with traditional high-pressure washing is also reduced.
KTV SelfCleaner is developed by KTV Group and makes it possible to carry out facade cleaning and treatment without the traditional HSE challenges related to working at height. At the same time, the method is safer for both the buildings and the surrounding area.
