The Bjerknes Plass joint ownership in Bergen has chosen KTV Group for a long-term agreement for facade and window cleaning. The joint ownership wishes to keep the facades clean without potential damage from traditional high-pressure cleaning.
For facade cleaning, the SelfCleaner method will be used in combination with KTV Working Drone. For window cleaning, the pure water method will be used, where the drone uses a clean water system with special nozzles, filters, pressure, and heat to clean without mechanical or physical contact.
The maintenance agreement ensures that the buildings in the joint ownership are maintained without damage from traditional high pressure cleaning. The KTV Working Drone solves the job in a very efficient way, and there is no need for lifts or facade climbers.
