We are very pleased to have entered into a long-term maintenance agreement with Sameiet Skjoldnes ll. KTV Group has been chosen to take care of the exterior facades, window cleaning, surface treatment, janitorial services, and green areas for this beautiful condominium.
The relatively new condominium is located in one of the more exclusive areas of Bergen, and it will be our task to ensure that the condominium appears well-maintained and attractive, while also taking good care of the property, which consists of 64 apartments.
The agreement is one of our popular long-term maintenance contracts, where we provide the market’s best documentation through our proprietary quality assurance system, Bluetag. These agreements are specially developed for housing cooperatives and condominiums, with the first contract signed in 2012.
