KTV Group Øst has been awarded the contract to clean all windows, blinds, and facades using drones in the Værste district of Fredrikstad. Værste is a former industrial area that has been transformed into a new district with commercial and residential properties, and the area is still under development.
KTV Group will clean all commercial buildings managed by Værste AS, and the scope of approximately 25,000 square meters of facade makes this the largest single facade cleaning project in KTV Group’s history.
The work is well underway and will take place over 5 weeks. The project is being carried out with the KTV Working Drone to ensure efficient progress.
We use gentle methods when cleaning the building surfaces, and the work is performed without the risk of damage that can occur with traditional high-pressure washing. For facade cleaning, we use the SelfCleaner method, and for window cleaning, we use the pure-water method. Both methods were developed by KTV Group and are carried out without the traditional HSE challenges associated with working at heights, and they are also safer for the surroundings around the work areas.
