1912 Sameie is a modern residential project with a clear historical foundation. Facing Damsgårdsveien, the impressive brick facade from 1912 has been preserved. This gives the building a distinctive character where new and old meet in a beautiful way.
The facades were treated with KTV SelfCleaner, a gentle facade treatment developed to break down organic dirt, algae and pollution over time. The treatment helps preserve the appearance of the facade and provides a longer-lasting effect than ordinary washing alone.
