This summer, KTV Group (department east) is pleased to carry out a total of 16 projects for Oslo Bygg KF, which manages properties for the city of Oslo, including nursing homes and residential care facilities.
The assignments cover a wide range of cleaning services, with a primary focus on professional window cleaning, but also include specialised tasks such as facade washing, cleaning of sunshade systems, and cleaning of solar panels on certain buildings.
The work is performed using the KTV Working Drone, our in-house developed, millimetre-precise cleaning drone, combined with mechanical access and rope access where this is most suitable. This combination ensures optimal efficiency, high quality, and safe execution, regardless of building height or complexity.
The projects span several of Oslo municipality’s institutions and require careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to residents and daily operations. Our team places great emphasis on HSE, gentle methods, and environmentally friendly cleaning products to deliver results that not only look good but also help preserve the buildings’ lifespan.
