Helgeplassen housing cooperative is a large residential complex with 76 townhouse units, located at Helgeplasset in Fyllingsdalen, just outside Bergen.
All the roofs in the cooperative will be treated. After a thorough roof wash, a mold and algae remover will be applied, followed by a surface treatment with two coats. This type of roof treatment provides a long-lasting color result and makes the roof resistant to further moss and growth over time. The treatment also contributes to better ventilation of the underlayment beneath the roof tiles.
The work will start early in the spring to ensure the completion of all roofs before the 2025 season ends.
