Parts of the work were initiated in early December 2025, when a partial KTV SelfCleaner treatment was carried out on the rear façades and north-facing walls. This treatment has a curing period of approximately three months, lasting until the end of February 2026.
The buildings are therefore ready for the next phase of work from March 2026 onwards. This will include a full KTV SelfCleaner façade treatment, as well as window cleaning, in line with the planned maintenance programme.
The work is primarily carried out using KTV Working Drone, ensuring an efficient, gentle and safe execution. The façades are treated with KTV SelfCleaner, while the windows are cleaned using the pure water method for optimal and environmentally friendly results.
