KTV Group will carry out facade cleaning for the housing cooperative at Inger Bang Lunds vei 15, 17, and 19. The task will be performed using the KTV Working Drone and the Selfcleaner method. The cooperative consists of two buildings with 8 floors and a total of 223 units.
The buildings are located near a tram track, making access challenging. The KTV Working Drone and Selfcleaner method are designed for easier access, eliminating health and safety risks and preventing damage to the facades. We use gentle methods to clean the surfaces, and the work is done without the risk of damage that can occur with traditional pressure washing. For this task, we are using the Selfcleaner method, developed by KTV Group, which eliminates traditional safety challenges when working at heights by removing the need for lifts and climbers, while also being safer for the surrounding environment.
