KTV Group prepares for further growth

KTV Group

KTV Group is now taking the next step in the company’s continued development and becoming part of Dura Group, a Nordic group focused on maintenance and sustainable solutions for buildings. This gives us a solid foundation for further growth and a clear ambition to increase our market share in Norway.

KTV Group was established in 1992 and has, over several decades, built a strong position within maintenance services for real estate, offshore, and industry. At the same time, the company has been an important driving force in the development of new and more sustainable methods.

Dura Group is a Swedish based Nordic group within sustainable building maintenance. Through its companies, the group delivers services that help extend the lifespan of buildings and reduce climate impact through maintenance, repair, and preventive measures.

For our customers, this primarily means continuity and confidence. KTV Group will continue to deliver with the same quality, the same points of contact, and the same focus on long term relationships. KTV Group will continue under the same name, and customers will still relate to the same key people and contact points as they do today.

Our investment in drone based technology remains central to our future development. Efficient, gentle, and more environmentally friendly methods deliver better results for customers and help extend the lifespan of buildings. This is an area we will continue to develop and scale in the years ahead.

We are also seeing increased demand for long term maintenance agreements, especially within housing cooperatives and condominium associations. This provides predictability for customers and ensures consistent follow up over time.

Together with Dura Group, we see potential for significant growth across all parts of the business. At the same time, we gain access to capital, expertise, and a larger professional environment that makes us better equipped to continue developing the company.

KTV Group is in a strong position today, and now we are taking the next step.
